Why We Built This Site
Oklahoma gives the public broad access to court records under the Oklahoma Open Records Act. The hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. In Okmulgee County the Court Clerk, Charly Frazier-Criner, keeps all District Court case files. That covers civil cases, criminal felony and misdemeanor matters, family and divorce cases, probate, guardianship, small claims, protective orders, traffic, and marriage licenses. The County Clerk, Rebecca Sue Thomas, is the register of deeds for land records, deeds, liens, plats, and county-board records. The Sheriff, Eddy Rice, and the OCCJA run the jail roster. The District Attorney for District 25 prosecutes cases, and Service Oklahoma holds driver records. We pull the contact details, search portals, and request steps for each of these offices into one place.

- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right Okmulgee County office, but the document has to come from them.
